This application enables any interested person to enquire on :

  • (I) Date of Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) that had been issued for a property;   OR
  • (II) Name of Qualified Person (QP) of the project of a property

Part 1: Before Submitting Your Application for Information on Date of CSC or Name of a QP

Information needed to be filled in this online application.

You need the following information with you before filling up this application:

  • - Property address (house number and road name) of the required information
  • - Applicant's name, contact number and email address
Part 2: After Submitting Your Application for Information on Date of CSC

Upon receipt of your application, a reply letter which reflects the Project Reference Number, Project Title and Issuance Date of CSC will be emailed to you in 5 working days.

Part 3: After Submitting of Your Application for Information on Name of QP

Upon receipt of your application, a reply letter which reflects the Project Reference Number, Project Title and Name of Qualified Person (QP) of a project will be emailed to you in 5 working days.
